Every 3 years you are required to renew your credentials as a professional coach of ICF standards.

In order to maintain or upgrade your ACC, PCC or MCC credential, you must complete a Continuing Coach Education (CCE) program every three years

In order to keep the high ICF standards of our coaching sessions we need to constantly develop ourselves. We need to continue our education, work with mentors, supervisors and extend our knowledge and mastery in different areas of coaching. Core competency 2.2 says: The Coach "Engages in ongoing learning and development".

In order to get, renew or increase our credentials (to PCC or MCC levels) we need to do a certain amount of hours in education and mentoring every 3 years.
