The Master of Coaching, systemic coach and an expert of Clean Coaching Lynne Burney founded the LKB School of Coaching in France. Her company offers coaching, team facilitating, personal development for leaders, coaching skills for managers, in company health, well being and performance training.

She is a practitioner of systemic interventions in the workplace and family constellations in the private sphere. Lynne also creates and facilitates Soul Workshops for leaders, coaches and entrepreneurs.

Since 2020 she has been teaching coaches how to work systemically with constellations online or face to face with individual clients and company teams.

Barbara worked for more than a decade in and for international banks/insurers, both in the Netherlands and in the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba, mostly in commercially oriented asset management positions. After that, she was a mediator for more than 10 years and was a forerunner with a specific concept around divorce mediation, which she put on the map throughout the Netherlands. She has also mediated many conflicts in small, medium and large organizations, both in the profit and non - profit sector.

In 2012 she did the course System Dynamics in organizations at The Bert Hellinger Institute Netherlands (BHIN), after which she immediately followed all other courses that the BHIN offers. Steinway artist Yaron Kohlberg, born in Jerusalem, is the President of Piano Cleveland, presenter of the Cleveland International Piano Competition in which he won the Silver Medal in 2007.

He is one of today's top Israeli pianists and has played as soloist and chamber musician in major halls in 40 countries spanning five continents, including Carnegie Hall, the Kremlin in Moscow, the UN hall in Geneva, Kennedy Center in Washington D.C., the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Forbidden City in Beijing, and Bellas Artes in Mexico City. He won 10 international prizes and serves regularly on juries of international competitions worldwide.

He speaks six languages, including Mandarin Chinese. Yaron is part of the highly successful Israeli-Palestinian piano duo Duo Amal, which performs worldwide with a message of peace. As a performer and leader, he creates original programming to attract audiences to piano music. His articles about the subject were published in Pianist magazine, Musical America, International Piano magazine, and more.

Sofia Surguchova was born in Moscow in 1989 into a family of musicians and moved to Germany in 1996.

After completing her undergraduate studies in Düsseldorf, she graduated from high school in Rennes, France and, after a semester at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, attended the Sorbonne Nouvelle in Paris, where she studied theater.

She wrote her thesis between Amsterdam and Paris on the Flemish director Ivo van Hove and worked as a cultural journalist for the Münchner Merkur, Weltkunst, Le Point and Spirit Bordeaux.

In 2012 Sofia Surguchova started working as an artistic assistant in the IMG ARTISTS agency in Berlin, where she took care of opera singers, directors and conductors.

In 2016, she moved to Paris to build her own roster of artists within IMG ARTISTS, where she represented singers including Stéphane Degout, Aude Extrémo, Christian Immler, and Edwin Crossley-Mercer, as well as German violinist Julia Fischer and her quartet. In the same year, Sofia Surgutschova founded Babylon ORCHESTRA in Berlin, an ensemble for contemporary oriental music composed of refugee and European musicians who are committed to cultural mediation between East and West and have become indispensable in the Berlin cultural scene.

Since 2020 Sofia Surgutschowa works as a freelance artistic coordinator, production manager and manager of international cultural projects, especially for Ensemble Miroirs Etendus, Verbier Festival/UNLTD and Zafraan Ensemble.

James Navé holds an MFA in Writing from the Vermont College of Fine Arts. Having memorized over 600 poems and developed a unique background in poetic storytelling, Navé has performed shows and taught writing, creativity, and public speaking worldwide. His venues include locations such as Dakar, Nouakchott, Accra, Galway, Bangkok, Paris, Brussels, Lima, La Paz, Manila, Singapore, and hundreds of other venues around the U.S.

His latest work, 100 Days: A Poetic Memoir After Cancer, was published by 3: A Taos Press in May 2023. In addition, he has co-authored two Imaginative Storm books on writing: How to Read for an Audience and Write What You Don't Know: Ten Steps to Writing with Confidence, Energy, and Flow.

Through The Imaginative Storm Writing Project, Navé and his creative collaborator, Allegra Huston, have crafted a unique approach to coaching writers at all levels. The Imaginative Storm Project aims to help writers build their writing confidence and produce dynamic written material that will surprise and delight their readers for years to come.

He co-founded The Artist's Way Creativity Camp with Julia Cameron, the author of the popular book on creativity, The Artist's Way. Navé has over 20 years of experience teaching creativity courses based on The Artist's Way.
