About us
We founded the Artconnect in 2015 as a call to expand awareness and spirituality with help of Music and Arts. We truly believe they can be huge support and healing for everyone regardless of profession, religion, skin color or nationality. Projects and events of the ArtConnect contribute to re-connect with our spiritual part through Art, raise awareness and creativity to make everyday life more inspiring and bright. They also help professional artists deal with their mental and physical difficulties, give effective tools to find their genuine and spread high spirit and inspiration through their art. |
Founder and Art Director
Maria is a winner of the world's most prestigious piano competitions, including M. Long - Jacques Thibaud in Paris, Geneva and Sendai competitions.
As a pianist she has played over 500 recitals and concerts in the most prestigious halls as the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory, Zurich Tonhalle, the Great Hall of the Berliner Philharmonie, Berliner Konzerthaus, Victoria Hall in Geneva.
Maria Masycheva has released 2 solo CDs, as well as CDs with other winners of the Geneva competition and as part of the Monaco Philharmonic Orchestra.

Founder and Executive Director
Georgy Gromov is known as a winner of 12 international piano competitions, a conductor and an outstanding coach. Georgy's concerts were held in the best musical halls, including the Cortot Hall in Paris, the Grand, Small, Rachmaninov Halls of the Moscow Conservatory, the Moscow International House of Music, the Pushkin Museum, the Tonhalle in Zurich, the Seoul Arts Center, etc.
As a professional coach PCC ICF, entrepreneur and lecturer she has over 1500 hours of webinars, master classes, trainings, group and individual sessions. Maria has worked with such famous musical institutions as University of Arts Berlin (2023), Gnessins' Academy of music (2021), Chopin College of Music (2020), Yamaha artistic center (2020), Maison de Myasnikoff (2022).
After her brilliant graduation from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory under prof. Elisso Virsaladze in 2008, Maria developed her mastery at the Berlin University of Arts with prof.Klaus Hellwig. The idea of helping artists and musicians to open up their full potential by overcome and cope with professional mental and physical blocks has brought her to systematic coaching, spiral dynamics, psychology and music physiology.
As a founder of the ArtConnect, Maria combines her own concert and entrepreneur experience with deep knowledge of coaching and a mindset of an artist. In her work, she generously shares her coaching tools, embodiment techniques, systematic knowledge and a business mindset helping her clients and students to discover new possibilities around, to feel more inner freedom and reach a new quality of life. She knows everything about artists' fears, doubts, problems and dreams from her own experience and now has powerful tools to prоfessionally help others.

As a founder of the Classica Viva Academy online school Georgy has experience in business processes and knows how to combine both creative approach with effectiveness.
Since 2022, Georgy has been on the Board of Directors of the Federation of Professional Mentors and Coaches, which allows him to work at the highest level in coaching. He is a PCC ICF level coach and a certified team coach.
